Samsonite F'Lite GT Upright Hard Sided Suitcase

This is one of our favorite suitcases. In fact, I own two of these. One large case and one medium sized. Much like the old Samsonite Oyster suitcases, the Samsonite F'Lite just keeps going and going. My two have around fifty trips each on them and they are in great condition.

The Samsonite F'Lite hard side suitcase is one of the best in the industry. It has plenty of space for your belongings yet it is very lightweight and very robust.

This suitcase is not lined but I don't mind. Most of my trips are to sun destinations and the lack of a lining makes it much easier to clean beach sand from the suitcase.

The extra large tongue-and-groove gasketed closure system keeps everything safe and dry - even when the bag sits on a luggage cart on the tarmac in the rain.

Like most Samsonite bags, things like handles, wheels, latches and locks are all replaceable if they get damaged.

The Samsonite F'Lite is slowly being replaced by the Samsonite S'Cure line but they are still easy to find (and cheaper to buy).
